Your very own Project Manager.  Our commitment to quality and service continues with providing a Project Manager who oversees your projects and gets to know you, your company, and your needs.  With one point of contact, you can rest assured that your questions will be answered, your needs will be met, and your projects will be delivered when and how you need them. 

Dimensional accuracy: Of course, there's also the quantitative side of product quality.  We guarantee dimensional accuracy, for both SLA's and cast urethanes.  Our stated tolerances for most materials are +/- .005" for all features 5" and under, and +/- .0015" per inch, for all features larger than 5".  We also encourage you to tell us what you need, dimensionally, from your prototypes.  Have a critical bore that you'd like to see run material safe?  Have two mating parts that need to snap together?  Let your Project Manager know what dimensions are critical to function, and they'll make sure it happens.  For more about dimensional accuracy, click here.

Questions, questions, questions.  Quality is all about asking the right questions- before, during, and after your project.  We discuss any molding and functional concerns with you and highlight areas of potential risk so that there are no surprises anywhere along the line. 

We remember everything.  Protogenic documents and stores all details of your projects, especially information on any special processes and notable results, for each and every project.  This means we can answer your questions about past projects and create additional parts equal to the originals, applying any pertinent knowledge learned from one project to the next.  This documentation assures a consistent process, and will allow you to expect the same high level of quality from one project to the next.

Schedule Integrity: No one looks good when parts don't arrive on time.  Living up to the promised delivery schedule of your prototypes is extremely important at Protogenic, and we'll never ever underestimate a schedule just to "get the job."  Yes, we know this probably costs us some opportunities, but when it's your deadline on the line, why would you want to be anything less than absolutely sure your parts are going to be there? 

We follow up on everything. Protogenic follows up on each job to determine how we did and learn how we can improve. Your feedback is the key to our being able to serve you better.
