Real, personal, quoting process.
  • We're good: we personally look at each and every one of your files, so the costs you receive are accurate and fair, not just the product of some formula.
  • We're fast: we usually respond to your quote requests in 2 hours or less.
  • We care: any time we spot thin areas, coarse faceting, corrupt files, molding problems, etc., we'll work with you at the quoting stage to help insure your SLA's will be as beneficial to you as possible.
  • Email your files to any of your contacts at Protogenic, and consider your quote handled
Work with your own Project Manager.
  • We have four, full time Project Managers, whose only job is to be your interface with our shop, to cover all aspects of your project.
  • You will work with the same PM each time, and your PM will get to know you, your company, and your needs.  With one point of contact, you can rest assured that your questions will be answered and your projects delivered when and how you need them.
  • Your PM will work hard to make sure everything about your project is communicated, promptly and honestly.  You will have peace of mind as you receive detailed updates about your project status and delivery schedule. 
A dedicated sales staff
  • Your Sales Manager makes sure we're asking the right questions, from your initial contact throughout the duration of your project.  We want to make sure your prototyping project is a complete success, and all of your expectations are met.
  • We ask a lot of questions to ensure that we completely understand your needs, concerns, and specifications.   Tell us your material needs, end use requirements, and what you hope to gain from your prototype project at Protogenic, and we'll work with you on finding the best solution, so you can relax and know your project is in good hands.
We meet deadlines.
  • We understand that failure to meet deadlines is not an option.  We are committed to doing whatever it takes to meet your scheduling needs.
  • When you come to us with a specific √´need date,' we'll review your project internally to find out what it takes to get it done.  We'll get back to you with a firm commitment, that you can count on and plan around.
  • Though we are one of the fastest prototypers in the business, it's possible that at times we can't meet your schedule needs.  In those cases, we'll be up front and honest with what we can do, and we'll help you find an alternate solution if that's not good enough.   We will never give out a schedule we aren't certain we can meet, just to √¨get the job.√Æ
